The present invention is automated attendance monitoring system and maintaining student database, comprising: [1] student-specific identification tags with wireless communication capabilities. [2] Readers for detecting the tags as they are at certain distance. [3] At least one server in communication with the scanners. [4] software running on the server for receiving and managing the system, school administrators are able to keep accurate attendance records. [5] server or pc has dynamic updating of information or news of college and also students marks.
